Day 8 of 30 Day Recipe Challenge

Love a green smoothie.  Especially when it looks bright green!

  5. Easy to digest


IngredientsGoji Green Smoothie

  • 1 overripe pear
  • 1/2 banana (not pictured)
  • LOTS of spinach (about 4-6 cups)
  • 1 tbsp whole flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup filtered water



Toss everything into your high speed blender and BLEND!  That simple.

If you don’t have a high speed blender, pre-grind you flaxseed in a spice or coffee grinder.  I used to keep a coffee grinder just for stuff like this.
