Easy Green Drink that is High in Electrolytes
Perfect mid-day pick me up or post workout smoothie.
- 1/2 zucchini
- juice of half a lime
- 2 cups coconut water
- 6-8 loose cups of spinach
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Only takes a minute. You can add ice if you want it thicker and colder.
Coconut water is packed full of electrolytes so this is a great drink for post work out to replace lost electrolytes. It’s also packed with lots of other nutrients.
