Day 25 of 30 Day Recipe Challenge

This is an incredibly simple recipe!

I have have a few dishes I like to use this in.

  1. Green salads
  2. Quinoa dishes
  3. Add to hummus for a dipping sauce
  4. Dipping for breads instead of oil and vinegar


  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt


In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together with a fork.
